Hughes, John
Passed away peacefully at home with his loving family by his side, on Tuesday October 9, 2007, in his 57th year.
Beloved husband of Kathleen (nee Colrain). Loving father of John and Kevin. Predeceased by his parents Frank and Margaret. John will be missed and fondly remembered by many family and friends in Canada and in Scotland. A special thanks to Dr. Sandra Hartman and, Nancy for taking wonderful care of John, and to Ann and Mike Hughes for all their continued support. Mr. Hughes is resting at the George Darte Funeral Chapel, 585 Carlton St.. A funeral liturgy will be celebrated at Star of the Sea Church, 34 Elgin St., on Monday October 15, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Dr. Sandra Hartman's Palliative Care Unit.
