Jacob Wade Tomlin

He was a husband, father, son, brother and a friend to many people who loved and cared for him.

Jacob was born on October 24th, 1996, to Cynthia Bentley and Stephen Tomlin in Las Vegas. Throughout his childhood he enjoyed playing sports and being with his friends and family. He attended and graduated from Arbor View High School. He also attended Green Valley High School for a short period of time. During his time at both high schools, he played Football. He was dedicated to football and enjoyed playing his favorite sport with his friends.

After graduation he enlisted into the Marine Corps from 2016-2018. During his time in the Marines, he became a rifle expert. Being a Marine was one of his highest honors and he was proud of his accomplishments while being a Marine. After leaving the Marine Corps, he went on to become a Carpenter with the Local 1977. He was extremely proud of the work that he did while being in the Carpenters Union. While working for the local, he volunteered for the Good Deed Project to help the less fortunate.

In 2018, Jacob met Britain Dente in Las Vegas. Jacob and Britain went on to have two children, Blakely Skye Tomlin and Walker Wade Tomlin. One of Jacob’s biggest accomplishments and highest honor was becoming a loving father to his two children. He was over the moon with excitement when he and his wife Britain Dente brought in their first child, Blakely Skye Tomlin. He viewed his daughter and first born as being his best friend and his princess. He enjoyed spending his time with her and teaching her the ways of life. He taught her how to be fearless and to never give up. Two years later he and his wife welcomed their second child to the world, Walker Wade Tomlin. Jacob always wanted a son and was excited and thrilled to be able to teach his own son how to build things, just like him. He wanted to teach Walker how to play sports and how to become the best man he could be when he grew up. He was proud to be the father of his two beautiful children and wanted his legacy to live through them. He loved watching his children grow and was excited every time they hit a milestone in their own lives.

Jacob was predeceased by his grandfather, Robert L. Bentley.

He is survived by his wife Britain Tomlin, his children, Blakely and Walker Tomlin, his mother Cynthia Piediscalzi, his father Stephen Tomlin, his stepfather Dean Piediscalzi, his sisters, Elizabeth Page and Lindsey Piediscalzi, his grandmother’s Elizabeth Bentley and Carole Tomlin, his grandfather Fred Tomlin and his extended family.
