Made this for my brother who served in Afghanistan and just put it on his memorial plaque in our town square.This is the tribute he deserves for the service he gave.RIP brother I'll make sure they always remember.
I gave this to my mom as a gift for Christmas so she could make a tribute to her father. We did it together, and we loved every second remembering him and adding his photos. We had a question about videos so called customer service and the woman that called back was so friendly. Videos have to be embedded - but it makes sense and we didn't mind doing that step to make sure my grandfathers tribute was filled out completely. Great customer service (they actually call you back) and really great idea.
Very easy to use and great quality product. I aim to do one for all of my family that we have lost so I can link them all together. Very well thought of platform and product.
I was given this as a Christmas gift and I had to leave a review. I very rarely leave reviews but I was compelled to do so here. My best friend gave this to me, because we lost our daughter this year to illness. Creating a memorial for her with Lifes QR was the most beautiful gift I could have gotten. I loved that my daughter has a space to be remembered forever and the process was very easy. This tribute to my daughter means more to us than I can express in words. THANK YOU
Ordered life’s QR for my father’s headstone last year. It was an easy setup we are very happy with this. Unfortunately after a years time the QR plate was giving us some problems scanning. We reached out to life‘s QR and received a response almost immediately by a representative by the name of Julie. With Julie’s outstanding customer service and professionalism they back to their product 100% and without hesitation apologize for the inconvenience and mailed out replacement QR plate. Never in my life have i experienced such outstanding customer service. When it comes to mourning a loved one even the easiest things could be frustrating. Today Julie made my stress disappear with few shared laughs and a solution to my problem. Just an overall kind person and whatever she’s getting paid should be doubled! So grateful and blessed for her help.

I've been waiting to buy this until I was ready. Just made my husbands memorial and I don't know why I waited so long. I loved going through our pictures, and creating the memorial and filling all of the fields out. I feel like this does him justice - I am so happy I did this.

I saw this on a facebook ad for Black Friday and just got it. This is really cool I can't wait to get it - I got it for a gift for my brother in law that lost his dad this year. I will make it for him then pass it over so he can continue it himself but I think he will love it.

I’ve used Life’s QR for my dad’s memorial, and I’m amazed by how easy it was to set up. The stories, photos, and videos make it feel like he’s right here with us. Everyone at the service loved it and scanned to share their own memories.
5 stars - the lady that works there called me back because I had a question and she was so friendly and helpful. Love this product and company and creating it was easy. I am still adding to it - and will continue to do so over time

I just got one for my Dad's gravestone and attached it on the weekend. I took my mom to show her and she cried happy tears. Standing there and watching his videos and looking at his pictures was amazing. Now I know that everyone that walks by can see what a great man he was.
